Ideally, I want to stay at GT and become a partner someday.

However, my nightmare would be not being promoted to Manager and having to repeat my S3 year :/
I don't think I can do 4 busy seasons as a senior. 3 is enough 😂

I was told at my year end review that I'm on track for Manager but I am thinking worst case scenario just in case the manager promotion doesn't work out.
