Hi All,
After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.
Is it something common that happens in JPMC.
JPMorgan Chase
It’s called, “Reasonable Assurance"

If you go to GT, RSM, or bdo, I hope you know how to review salt returns as a Fed Corp person. Also the clients are tiny so you’ll need to manage a ton of tiny engagements relative to big 4. If anything interview I’d interview for another big 4 if you don’t want to do salt
@PWC1 - I think I have PTSD from modeling out allocated TX entity level taxes for an S corp on a 338
Stay at D, hop in June to industry upon promotion. Hassle for just a few months plus reaching senior at big 4 may be favorable to some
On the same boat
Stay at D if industry is your end goal to open up more options. Obviously mid tier still can transit to industry but big 4 always get the edge

Honestly stay at Deloitte. You’ll make more when you exit to industry.
Depends what you want to do in industry or what size company. If you want to work at a large MNC, Fortune 500, etc, probably best to stay at B4. If you want to focus more on compliance or work at a smaller company, mid tier could be fine.
What about option 3… see if you can get hired as senior at another B4?
