Hi folks, I have an offer from Persistent for Java developer and they're offering me 7.5 LPA for Senior Software Engineer role.. Is this the right scale in Persistent ?
My experience is 3 years

How is Persistent in terms of Appian projects? Does it have good development projects in Appian and what are the chances of growth?

Is senior software engineer a good position offered at persistent system for 3.2 years of experience in Webmethods development?

Thoughts on offer. 5.5 YOE in BV / M&A. Broad experience over that time in Valuation advisory and strong network within current firm - anticipating 5-7 yrs to partner where I am. CPA / ABV. M2 current. Current salary $125k. Offered $150k + $7.5k SOB for a lateral move to much bigger (not b4) PA firm. Probably weaker prospects of accelerated partner track.

My boss prides himself on allowing me to gain experience so I have more courtroom experience than most attorneys with twice the experience. As I’ve applied for other firms, I’ve been denied interviews based on how my boss is perceived in the community. I’ve gathered professional references from opposing attorneys and other attorneys we work with but still can’t land. Help

Just got off the phone with a recruiter who asked me what year I graduated from my MBA program and college and effectively told me I was too old for the role. I do have the 1 year of experience they asked for in the job in question. It's just that I have all this other experience in things unrelated to the role or things I want to deemphasize in my next role. Is there anything I can do? I only list the last 8 years of experience (as it's most relevant) and don't have my graduation years listed.
