How much pto do Kpmg, EY, and pwc get?

KPMG uses an adjusted utilization rate known as the impact score. Wondering if other firms look at actual or adjusted utilization that accounts for vacation and training hours.

What does KPMG US’ benefits package look like? Would be helpful to have a breakdown of 401k match, health insurance cost for highest end plan, number of vacation days (senior associate level)

KPMG folks, how long does it take to send the check with the PTO balance payout? I left 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it.

How much parental (specifically father) time off when you have a kid? Expecting one in 3 months. KPMG is 2 weeks, with an additional 4 weeks if you are going to be home alone with kid first 6 months.

Best time of year to jump ship at KPMG without upsetting anyone, but still benefiting from summer perks like bonus, PTO, etc. I was thinking Sep time frame but that might be too close to busy season..
