I’m a new associate to a T&E group, partner goes away on vacation and leaves me with a 706 to review and sign. The family is very wealthy. Decedent married for 60 years. Partner says it’s “just a DSUE election, decedent was ill for years, no assets.” Provides no records. Not even an admission the decedent owned a toothbrush. So I looked up the decedent’s home - it’s a joint asset. Partner was “surprised”, and still insists “no other assets”. I found file references to art and antiques.

Amerisourcebergen doesn't care about its employees. We have no mental health awareness. Leadership only promotes people who kiss ass the most qho have no managerial experience and pass people who actually have experience in a manager role. Leadership never helps you with anything. How much Paid Time Off is "normal" for entry level instructional designers? Coming from public education I am surprised at what is being offered in my interviews. Is 15 days PTO and 5 sick days "normal"?

I have chronic health issues and I’m severely depressed. I can’t even get myself to work anymore. If I don’t quit, I’m in serious danger of being fired. I feel that I need to just quit and take time off to get better but feel that it will be a stain on my career. I’m a pretty junior lawyer. Any advice. I just can’t do any work at all and I’m my anxiety and depression is spiraling out of control. I see a therapist I try to cope and it’s not working.

I am an incoming senior currently interning with Abbott. My goal is to have at least two full time offers. I have another interview coming up this week at a different company. I suspect that pay will be similar (Glassdoor and industry knowledge). If I don’t have an offer from the other company, what is the best way to postpone accepting from Abbott until I have salary leverage?
