So my work has unlimited PTO -global company. I'm based in uk and line manager is in USA. he said I'm taking to much time off and has brought it up with upper management. The stress of this job ruined my life.

Pretty much every SM i had a good relationship with left the firm in last 12 months. I love the firm but as a Manager i have 0 motivation to network again and give my 100%. What should i do?

Feel like audit scheduling is always done on a knifes edge in that the timeline and staff schedules are enough so that if everyone works 60 hour weeks and no issues are identified then it can be filed on time. But even small things that increase the work can wildly throw off the schedule and cause hours to skyrocket for the staff on the job. No real point here, just ranting.
