What should I prepare for my first round of interview with a Principal?

It's for a boutique consulting firm.

Yesterday I had an interview with a large firm. Principal role. Met with hiring exec. Went 2x as long as scheduled. Felt comfy. Fingers crossed.

Interviewing with BCG for Principal, Insurance Strategy. What should I expect comp and bonus to be? Just want to negotiate right.
