I am a Senior Manager of Software Engineering and lead architect at a small company (was a startup with < 10 employees when I joined, now has > 50). I am the most senior technical person in the company (we don't have a CTO, I report to the COO), even though I only have 4.5 YOE. By God's grace I have been able to succeed in the role, but feel that I am underpaid and would like your input.

A recruiter reached out to me about a role with ZS Associates and it was for their Value & Access team. The job description seemed really broad to me.

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. I have been offered a position at a non-US B4 with a 2 year path to partner. I know one of the partners at the local firm and have the support of the regional service line lead, and am bringing a specialized skill set they are trying to open a new business around.
