Given that you are coming from Accenture, I am assuming that you are technology focused?
If this is the case, I encourage you to look harder at Deloitte and not PwC. I’m at PwC and our technology offerings are subpar at best. We also have one of the more we’ll documented toxic cultures in this area.
If you want to talk about it, please feel free to DM me.
Deloitte - Partner/principal (equity), Director (non equity P), SM
Thanks!

M in Consulting (excluding Audit, Tax, Advisory) at Deloitte is often equivalent with SM at different consulting firms, don’t let it deter you from accepting an offer. Negotiate pay.
PwC, in descending order, Partner/Principal / MD (if did not buy into partnership or too old) -> Director -> Sr Mgr -> Mgr -> Sr Associate -> Associate
D4, associate is the lowest full time client service level (there are also interns and the like). In advisory (our consulting arm - it's not split apart like I understand it is at Deloitte), a campus hire associate on a "standard" path will be 3 years at associate and 3 years at senior associate. Having said that, an early promotion is definitely possible, and relatively common in certain groups.
Deloitte is M > SM > Principal or Managing Director. Principal = Partner for consulting track. Partners are Audit & Advisory (with a CPA requirement). Partners and Principals have equity and voting rights. MD’s get a high salary/bonuses.
Deloitte also has specialist track: Specialist Master (M) > Specialist Leader (SM) > MD
