Have done. Process was crystal clear compared to joining the firm as an experienced hire.
Have done. No clarity at all, but lots and lots of interviews with friendly people.
Have done, process was clear and “negotiable”
I did it relatively recently. Lots of interviews in the final round but I preferred that to a similar MBB process I was going through which was ~4 rounds instead of OWs 2
I would ask the experienced hire recruiter with whom you have spoken what the process will entail
They should be able to tell you exactly
Yep was going to follow up with the recruiter once I hear back whether I made it to the next round but was just curious on the typical process if there was any. Searched glassdoor but the process seemed a bit different from the campus hires so. Thanks!
I don’t think we have a global standard on this. Can vary geographically and by group (if you’re being hired into a specific practice). So agree with OW1 that your best bet is to ask the recruiter. Sorry we can’t be more helpful, and good luck!
Have done. Process clearly laid out by recruiters in my experience.
Not on topic: in what geo do folks say ‘have done’? Guessing somewhere people are awake right now but I can’t place it...
I was just continuing the trend. Its not language I would have normally used.
Also as a followup, does anyone know how long it takes to hear back after a first round interview? My interview was on late Monday afternoon so its been only two full days but getting a bit nervous that I hadn’t heard back yet..
Thanks for your thoughts. I didn’t want to ask about my status in my reply to the email so was curious if OW rejected via phone and provided feedback as that was the case with McKinsey when I interviewed a while back. Hoping for the best!
