How is the PwC SAP practice? Going thru the interview process now and what would be a fair compensation for someone who joins as Director?

I work for Deloitte as a manager and geting 38 fixed. Getting interviewed for pwc for Sr. Manager role. Can I expect 60 fixed ?. What's the variable % for SM in pwc
