I think I miss being an individual contributor. I just want to take direction from a boss that I like and execute well. I don’t want to have to worry about managing a team or selling new work or leading presentations. Doing ops work at Apple, would it be worth it to go to MBB to get more generalist experience and eventually exit into a function I’d rather do? For context, I’m 27M with a TC of about 200K and another reason I’d consider leaving is RTO with very little flexibility at Apple.
