Dell international services india - 50% fixed+ctc + 20%variable
Nagarro - 90% fixed+ctc + 10% variable The prob is both dell and nagarro, main skillset asking for are Uipath and Power Automate which i dont have any exp. i know about these tools before appearing interview. Is it safe to go for Nagarro or dell? Can i learn and pick up these on the job?

My total YoE is 14 years. I know pretty long stay in TCS. I am happy with the work though I am not a project lead or in some manager position. Got onsite opportunity almost 7 years in support project. Both interviews went well, and I was told the recruiters will submit my resume to the partners and senior managers for the next interviews. 3 weeks later, I received the rejection letters without the next interview. I am looking to go somewhere where I can focus on a few clients for longer periods of time rather than constantly bouncing around. I find it much less stressful to put in longer hours if it's a client that I have been scheduled on long term.

For example if you're MERN stack do you know database, node everything in depth? Or just jack of all traits?
I often have to read documentation to refresh my knowledge then i can develop anything, but if you ask me something right away I can't answer :(
