My PwC people...this will be my first roundtable. What are typical raise and bonus percentages? I know all the pay bands increased significantly last year. Currently EA, $80k. $10k signing last year

Am I the only one who has heard of PwC giving undergrads with a 10k higher base starting this year? Looking to see if I'm going to get a bigger raise this year 😄.

Have an offer to go to pwc for a promotion but do personally like Deloitte more ... Can I tell someone in Talent at Deloitte and renegotiate?

Anyone taken the pay day to switch between competitors (ACN, Deloitte, PwC, etc.)? If so, what kind of raise / bonus did you get? I'm a new consultant making ~$95k. Also interested in MBB figures.

Just heard that the new PwC hires are getting around 75k out of undergrad in NYC. I started at 65 and am at 76 a year later (in NYC). Does this mean I'll get some sort of a large raise?

Will PwC raise salaries for the Deals team on December?

Thought on going PwC Deals to Midtier TAS? Would be early promoted and get a raise, but not sure if it’s career suicide. I also have poor WLB right now, not trying to go somewhere worse.
