I have two masters and it confounds me how many of my peers have 0 here. I came from industry.

I think yes. It helps. There are critical thinking concepts that you learn in business school or other programs.

Is it “pushed”?

No at Accenture unless in Strategy

They're not required to be a successful consultant, assuming you're already in consulting. However, they can increase your compensation dramatically (an MBA senior consultant hire may make 175k base vs 125k for a homegrown senior), help you get access to strategy projects instead of tech or advisory, help you get into MBB, or help you enter consulting to begin with if you're not already in.

Does an MBA (US) make sense for me? Male, Indian, Age 32, Married working in tech consulting with 10 YOE. Base is $165 with steady increases and bonus is typically 15%. I eventually do want to cross the $300K threshold but I know stopping work for 2 years and getting and MBA probably won’t get me a $300K job right away. Becoming a manger in my current company/path will probably get me there in terms of TC. Also considering EMBA from a good school (Wharton Global, Duke, Kellogg, Booth).
