Which firm is better between Deloitte and PwC for career growth opportunities, mentorship and early promotions (Ofcourse to those who deserve them) ?
I noticed Deloitte has a rigid tenure policy for certain levels and early promos are negligible. Also, promotion decision depends more on ‘which PPMD likes you’ rather than if you deserve it. Is PwC also like that?

I received an offer for a big 4 in risk, which I signed early in September, but just now received another offer in TAS from a different firm.
