Started at D as a C. Love it but unhappy about the promotion timeline. Now OW, PwC, and EY are offering SC.

Also, plan to start a family in the next 6-12 months. I fear that I’ll do my career a disservice if I play safe by staying.

I have been at my job for 6 years. I’m upset about how our pay raise went and I’m thinking about looking for a new job. The anxiety is overwhelming when it comes to this. Different routine, different people, the thought of messing up, what if I hate it. I am comfortable where I’m at, but feel as though they did us aides wrong when it comes to pay. I’m very overwhelmed right now.

Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
