Hi everyone, I have 2 years of experience in a service based industry as a Java developer, and I am eager to work hard and switch to a reputed product based organisation, but I am not getting proper time to study and practice data structures and algorithms, as I have so much to learn and understand things which are related to my project. Any suggestions would be appreciated and I'll try to inculcate it. Thanks in advance! Amazon Oracle Samsung Microsoft Cisco Salesforce Arcesium Uber

You gotta move, the whole time you'd work as C to become SC is loss of income, experience and growth ladder. Worst case the new place may keep you as SC a year longer than the current would've, you're still a year ahead and make more thru that period.
No way this can be a bad move. Not moving you'd always question what it would've been like.
All the best whichever way you go!
Move, Big 4 is a ladder game.

Ahhh yes!! Is it tricky question? You have to see your long term contentness plus comp (assuming at SC you will be paid better!?)
Not a tricky question - it has been keeping me up at night. Yes, SC = more $.
Ever since we started family planning, I found myself in a seeking for stability mindset. I even took an easy project and I was planning on staying put for 2 years until having a kid.
But now I think I should look out for my longer-term self and just jump. Just unsure if I’m missing anything critical in my decision making process.
Be sure to see how long you have to be at a firm before you qualify for parental leave

When you say offering, have you gone through the hiring process and have an offer in hand? If not, you’re a bit ahead of yourself yet.
If you’re considering the move, interview and get the official offers first. Note the personalities of the people you interview with and the questions they’re asking. It’s not just about the title and money. It’s also about the network and your development.

Move to whichever firm pays higher and has better family planning benefits. Best of luck!
How about the benefits? Parental leave at D I heard is amazing and pension

Parental is 16 weeks! I think a few more weeks for mom if there’s a c-section, would have to look into it though but I can say with certainty it’s 16 for both
Are you ready for SC? If so, jump. If not think it through.
If you have a bad experience it will be hard to shake that reputation and with consulting trajectory it’s tough to be thought of as the weakest choice. Being the in demand rock star is better long term for mentoring and other opportunities.
