I am sharing an experience with you. Please suggest where I can put forward this/ complaint for EY Gds. I was mailing HR since 2 weeks, but no response. Thanks to onBoarding team, someone from HR team, responded but she had lack of manners. She didn't talked to me good and I felt as if I am being accused of cheating the firm. Now, I am hopeless about joining this firm (although I wanted to). Can anyone tell, where can I raise such concerns.

Need some inputs. My BU just went into a reorg which has benefitted me and I got a promise to a fast track promotion within 18 months of my joining. I work as an AGM in a busy restaurant. Been working there for just over a year, and haven't had a single raise. In the HR discussion, we both agreed on 30L CTC (10% Variable) and 1L joining bonus. But later after 2-3 days when they need to release the offer, HR is saying they got the approval for 28L CTC(10% variable) and 2L joining bonus.

Should I take that offer and look for other options or straight forward reject the offer and then look for other options?

Also, according to this behaviour of the HR, is it good behaviour?
