With all this talk of A2 up for promotion to SA1, did anyone ask the question: why does PwC have so many underperforming SAs that campus recruits can come in and already lead at the next level?

PWC director fish, what is the Principal promotion path at your firm? Timing? Interviewing, but not sure it is worth a timing reset.

Due to the merger with PWC and Booz Allen I was told that PWC almost doubled salaries of employees to match the Booz employees and erase the gap. Is this true and will other big 4 raise as well?
