Hi Fishes, I recently resigned on 23rd from TCS. I got some amount credited to my account today (around 28k) and it looks like it is just this month's salary. I have around 30 earned leaves and I was working in Night shift. I also checked alumni portal and there's no FFS document. So I just wanted to know, will I get the FFS amount later or was this my FFS amount ?

My HR discussion including salary discussion with TCS happened on 14th March. My status was changed to 'Evaluation In progress' on 16th March. But again on 24th March, it got changed to 'Evaluation In progress'. Is it normal ? I didn't get the logic why status is same but corresponding date just got changed. Any thoughts on this? I had salary discussion with Wipro HR on Feb 18th. he said he will be sending the BGV link and LOI in the same day night. It's been 18 days now didn't get any update. ZS Associates Hi fishes, I am mainframe developer having 7 yr of experience . current CTC 6.5LPA. Offer in hand 17LPA WITH 12%variable(wipro).
