Before interviewing at Tata Consultancy I told them my expected CTC is 15LPA fixed. But now they are offering 12.5 fixed + 50K gratuity and PF + 50k retention bonus.

Should i accept it? Do they revise the offer if I provide a counter?

Already holding an offer of 13LPA on fixed.

I’ve an total 3YOE in Pyspark and Python technologies And holding offers from Bank of America for 15.5 fixed and IDFC with 17lpa + 1 joining bonus.

In Bank of America it is more of a core Python role whereas in IDFC it is more related to Data Engineer role. I’m confused between choosing since Bank of America has bigger brand value and also both organizations have similar work life balance.

Current CTC : 7LPA
Offered CTC : 10LPA(Fixed)
After a long discussion also the HR didn't agree more than this.
