My HR discussion including salary discussion with TCS happened on 14th March. My status was changed to 'Evaluation In progress' on 16th March. But again on 24th March, it got changed to 'Evaluation In progress'. Is it normal ? I didn't get the logic why status is same but corresponding date just got changed. Any thoughts on this? I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

I’ve been in my current role for almost 4 years. While I am generally happy, & have flexibility with time off for personal matters, there are things that bother me. I have an offer for way more money, manager title (which I want), much larger bonus & IVF benefit is better. However, I’m in the middle of stims and it is STRESSFUL. Part of me can’t imagine taking on a new role while I’m in the middle of this. But also feel like I can’t pass it up

I have a question regarding taxation of joining bonus.

I recieved a joining bonus of 1 lakh from my previous employer in last fiscal year which was taxed.
I resigned from the organisation before completing 1 year... Which will be deducted from my last month salary.

Been with an Asphalt and Concrete contractor in suburban Chicagoland for a little over 2 years now, and am going into a compensation discussion tomorrow after informing my boss I no longer wish to be on a draw.

Current comp plan is as follows:
Salary- ~48k w/ draw up to about 80k, full OTE with commissions should be ~170000, this is all increased by kickers every 250k in sales that increase commission/draw

My questions is if the draw is removed, how much salary should I be asking for?
