When Ogletree announced its modified associate bonus I heard it also announced a one-time bonus for non-equity shareholders in addition to NES’ standard bonus program. Any insight if associates can also expect a one time bonus in addition to the standard bonus program?

Hi fishes, I have joined new organization 2 weeks ago and I think have been low bowled in terms of compensation. Now I got 2 offers which are better than what I have joined. Just got a freelance gig for $1250 for 2 shoot days, but they’re asking for hourly rate for prep days. Not sure what rate to give them & if I should base it on a 10 or 12 hr hourly rate. Got an offer from a secondaries group in a PE firm in SF (<1B latest fund). Had 200 all-in comp in consulting (80%+ coming from base) and bumping up to 230 soon. PE firm is offering 120 base + 90 bonus for Associate position. Does this transition make sense if I ultimately want to become an investor / work in PE? Goal was traditional PE, but no luck there so far with interviews. Also not sure if offer $ is in typical ballpark of what you can expect in MM PE in SF?

Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).
When I left Nagarro around 2 years back my fixed there was 11.50. Shall I consider this offer of Nagarro. Reason I want to change the job is because I don't have code based automation in my current organization and I have been an SDET in my whole experience.

Anyone feel like your job sees you as "one of the good ones?" Hello guys, I am a ML Engineer by profession and have recently heard about the AI Centre of Excellence at TCS.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

Could anyone please share some insights about work at the AI COE at TCS? How's the team and how's overall growth in terms of skills and payscale? Are there any drawbacks of joining AI COE?

I join tcs by changing my profile and my previous exp was in 5 yr pre-sales.
I am giving my best in work but still escalations are raised against me by client.
My husband is also in tcs he is moving to onsite in Jan and my travel is also planned mid next year.
I am giving 12hour daily in my job to adjust in new profile. And affecting my health now.
Shall I quit the job and move with my husband with on dependant visa? Or i shall continue to get pressurized and wait for my onsite?
