Hi fishes, I declined the offer from Pwc AC bangalore on July 28th by sending an email to HR, communicated the same to us_pwc_ac_bangalore_recruitment_services@pwc.com. But I keep getting these emails to complete pre-hiring formalities and daily reminders for the same. How can I make them update the status in system? Also are there repercussions of rejecting an offer. I rejected 3 days after acceptance. PwC Pwc AC
I recently finished my Masters in Cyber Security and have a Bachelors in Software Development. As much as I love the technical aspect of my degrees, I think the happiest me would be in tech sales. I had found an opportunity at IBM for entry level sales starting in 2023 and was wondering if anyone had gone through this or the Summit program? Looking for insight on applying and would love to chat with anyone who has or currently works for IBM! Thanks in advance!
I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

Yes they did fire but only contractual employees. I didn't hear anything about permanent employees.
It's a good company if you are looking for retirement

Better don't take TCS'S offer and serach for another some which doesn't fire.
Oh, wait, Let me think. They don't exist.
So, why creating this ruckus here. When you will be fired, you will be fired. Search for a new job. Move on. They are not snatching your skills, are they?
Even I am a ex tcser...from 2016 to 18... There was no issue at all.. But yes my manager used to tell me that TCS had fired so many employees during the great recession in 2008.. not after that..could be in small quantity.. but that's everywhere. No private organisation can gaurentee you job safety. As long as you are working. Join on high package and stay as long as you can. So tomorrow if they fire you.. you have earned more than enough to stay secured for few months/years
Yes firing due to consistent low performance is fine..but firing due to loss.of client or lack of projects is what we shud worry about in a organization...
TCS has more job security than competitors as of now. We don't know how the future will look though.
Ofcourse future we can't predict..but when i enquired with some senior folks (ex.tcs), they said tcs do layoff albiet in a smaller numbers..just want to know if anyone had known ppl who are asked to leave tcs...
They're probably jealous of your salary and offer. Take it easy, join TCS if the offer amount satisfies you!

Nobody has seen the future and who ever says seen it then must be lying.
So if you are afraid of lay off because of a big fat hike that you just got now then probably you are not worth of it.
People with top pkg always come into the retrenchment list but that only happens if you have made yourself redundant in the organization, so forget job security and work on how you continue proving yourself worth for the next position.
Yes..he got a job with good hike (in those pre pandemic days)... Only thing he missed was his base location...!
