Hi Everybody,
I'm currently working as an outsource in Rapid Metro as Technical Assistant/Civil. I earned a Master degree in Water Resource Engineer after B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Due to Covid 19 I took job back in Civil sector even though I have a masters degree in WRE. It's been almost 6 months of constant applying and rejection and still I'm nowhere close to a job in my dream branch which is the Water sector.Im hopeful that through this portal I may find an entry level position in water
Anyone here want to be a friend can ping me..

Hope you are currently with TCS getting around 6-7.5 LPA … and now you are switching to Citi offering around 28LPA.. am I right? Don’t worry. Citi is developing as more of employee friendly organisation.. again it depends on the team you are joining. Benefits are very good in citi.. I too switch from TCS to Citi with a very good hike. It feels good here. You can join.
Oh absolutely correct, so happy to hear this.
Thanks for the info, it is of great help
👏
450% hike u can never get in TCS after 30yrs. So it's best to get a high compensation. Mostly citi projects are relaxed. I m working for citi client from tcs.. and I can see very good work life balance for citi employees.. same time you will get 4times.. what else can u expect
I was there in TCS serving for citi.. wlb is not good in many of the teams. It depends on the team actually.
Congratulations. YOE and tech stack?

I am a java Fullstack developer with 5.3 YOE I don't like coding much.
i have an offer from Citi for C11 grade BA Scrum master of 16 LPA. I am being lowballed
I am on last 14 days of my Notice period i have asked Citi to raise my CTC to 23 LPA.
Is it possible I also have counter offer of 22LPA.
Can Citi provide 23LPA to C11 grade 5.3 Yoe
TCS is more relaxed than Citi. But TCS promise is nothing if they have not sent you the new compensation letter with the effective date.
