I'm a younger plaintiff's side attorney (31). Does anyone else feel like white attorneys give you a particularly harder time? EPOR a solid first option trading choice?

I just moved to Microsoft and got a large 350k stock grant, at a near all time price high ~300/share. It beats over 4 years. Is there any option play I can use to protect my self against stock drops to lock in the 350k?
