Looking for recommendations on financial modeling courses (paid) that I can take for 3 statements/operating model, valuations, M&A, & LBO. Have been getting interviews with banks (3 in 2 months) but I come up short with the modeling experience (and weak on the technicals too). Been trying to lateral from PwC Deals Adv to IB and it’s been very difficult. Have the experience and technical skills, just not the banking background firms want to see. Anybody in IB willing to connect and share their experience?

Anyone have actual intel on how comp (particularly bonus structure) works for mid level hires (vice president, director) into Corporate Functions (for example, legal, executive office, etc.) at BBs?

Public sites like Glassdoor are essentially useless for these roles and WSO seems to focus only on comp for client facing roles like IB, T&S, etc
