I have a LOT of credit card debt. It has just grown over time and I can’t find my way out. I’m considering debt consolidation, specifically a company called National Debt Relief which seems legit but I’m just so hesitant because I’m scared to make my situation worse. Newbie buying AAPL for the first time - any reason I should select anything other than Market Order?

How long after you quit before your company removes your access to your FSA card?

I am trying to practice a version of intuitive/mindful eating - honoring my body’s hunger cues and not sticking to a timeline or plan as to what and when to eat. But tbh years of “dieting” has screwed over my ability to recognize hunger cues. I suddenly realize my hunger after not eating for 10+ hours and then I’m ravenous and would just eat anything. Anyone dealt with this have any recommendations? TIA
