Now i have better offers from pwc n kpmg
10lpa fixed.
Will accenture increase their offer. They wer not even ready to go till 8.5 last time. But now i have other offers in hand. Is it possible to go back and ask for improved offer n position even though i have accepted the old 8lpa offer from accenture 1 month back.

“Experienced Hire” with 7 years of advisory technology consulting. Possibly looking to switch firms. Have no idea if I’m in the range, over or under market level on comp. What’s a good going rate for base plus bonus range? Currently 150k base with about 25 in bonus, but the bonus has accelerators which puts me closer to 180/190 in total comp.

I’m a boomerang with 4 years ERP consulting but this past year I’ve been doing DEI Consulting. Spoke with former colleagues who rejoined Deloitte and got a much higher offer for SC. How do I go back to the recruiter to negotiate further? I suggested that I’d probably sign but need time to think. Now I’d like to go back and request 140k salary.
