Hello Guys,
I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

Well done!!!
Man , I’m currently learning to code to become a offensive Cybersecurity engineer . This is a lot of motivation , congrats !
How do you like the work? Maybe I'll switch fields.....
So I did cyber for 7 years in the military. The whole gamet from network eng. and analysis to capability testing, through Red teaming (was trained on forensics and defense but was never really operating on the blue side).
I pivoted to MBA and consulting (primarily tech) when I got out and get paid well but am working like 70 or so hours a week. Have considered a transition back to cyber but was never really sure how to gage my experience nor what position to consider (I have a lot of management exp. and do that presently despite my title).
Was wondering basically the same question as EY1's original response from this lens. What should I be considering from a role perspective and would I need to go back and get my cissp or recert my CCNA or Sec+ (expired) for that?

Thanks for sharing. Super impressive.
Nicely done!
