I would say go with D. That's not enough money to really feel the difference and you'll learn much more at D and have better exit opps. Sounds like you're young, so setting yourself up for a better trajectory is important.

Likely little to no raises/bonuses to come at D. It’s still a global pandemic with wallets being hit. People have to do what’s best for them.
It’s amusing the GH people say go to D, and the D people say GH.
Guidehouse raises were a joke last year 🤷🏽♀️ its also a dumpsterfire so thats why theyre offering that much more money.. what sector with GH is your offer from? Also wondering if youre a POC because from my experience and lots of others Ive spoke to Deloitte isnt the friendliest place
GH benefits are also bad and continuing to be slashed.

D will stress you the heck out. 120k for your stress or 105k for your stress. Take your pick.
GH will stress you tf out too.
How many YOE and what level is the offer for?
Mentor
Go to GH. It’s a trainwreck but might as well get paid well for the trainwreck.
I just onboarded to GH a couple months ago for the exact same offer. To me, it’s a no brainer. Take the money. We’re all pretty much doing the same stuff at these big firms anyway. Why not get paid more for it?
Plus we’re all going to be WFH for the foreseeable future so its not like you’re going to experience a real difference in culture by choosing one over the other. It’s all gonna be virtual orientations, virtual HH, virtual all hands, etc.
Additionally, Deloitte has much bigger brand recognition globally but within the federal consulting community everyone knows who GH is. You will have no trouble exiting in a few years when the time comes. You can even decide to go to Deloitte in a few years if you want.

Not the retirement. That’s just daylight robbery.
Please take $$$
What's your specialization?
Guidehouse has good people and competitive salaries. We don’t have the same benefits. They aren’t bad but it’s a step below big 4. We run an overall leaner shop on employee investment. This may depend on what you value most.
Do you know guidehouse benefits?
Deloitte has pretty good benefits. They have very good work resources (any software I need, I get. Phone, laptop. Easy apps for expenses and time entry). Great fertility and parental leave benefits.
That said, unless GH benefits are terrible, I would probably suggest taking the money.
GH benefits are had and continuing to be slashed
I appreciate the input from everyone. I’m still on the fence as the $$$ is hard to turn down. In my current firm I take advantage of expensing gym/wellness, phone, internet, and study materials for certs.
What benefits has GH gotten rid off that it would offset $15k from Deloitte’s benefits? I’m single with no kids, so my main concern at the moment is health insurance.
What sector is the offer? This may be the tiebreaker for us to offer input.
Our high deductible health plans are best for young and healthy so that’s prob a wash. Certs are covered with partner approval. Other stuff is on the margins. 3% 401k match. I think Deloitte has a pension program on top of 401k. We dropped our legacy PwC supplement plan last year.
Gotta be there 3 years for pension
Take the money and look at D in a year or two
Guidehouse
Worked at both ... Guidehouse / 💰 is the way to go at your level ... will take years to make it up at the Green Dot

How long are you planning on staying?
1 - GH could be sold again, would you be willing to put up with that
2 - if you want to stay for less than 5 years which adds more to your resume
