I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.
My last working day is on this Friday and will have to join other company on Monday if dnt received offer from PwC. Please guide me.

Today, I received an invite for a coffee chat with a consultant. I’m of course going to do both, but the emails make it seem like they are almost two separate paths/disconnected processes. 13 yr outside Sales Experience in the B2B space, multiple roles/companies. Current quota is $15MCAD, I usually do not bad in quota but lately has shifted to rewarding medicorciy and "pooling" some numbers countrywide which i really dont like.
Current comp is $85k Base and $115 OTE with a ceiling of $150k CAD/$120k US. Feel it's too little for my experience and they are taking perks away by the day.
