5 yrs experienced software engineer, Joined Capgemini, 2 months ago, Thrown on bench, Nobody interacts here or guides us what to do, Given laptop after 15 days, Now the people manager suddenly wokeup from Nowhere and stressing out saying I have only one month left to join any Project, but they don't have any projects. Such a shit company with shit process, they want me to resign coz thye have no projects- then what's the point to hire me & waste my time? Donot Join this company.

If not join any pmo openings or non tech
Meanwhile search outside and inside job postings and make a descision.

Many face this situation in different companies so cheer up and play along to the cards you have in hand .

Try to finish certification with the support of companies resources and claim the money and time

Sir is this often happening in Capgemini even I am on bench since 4 months in Engg BU but I've worked for the company since 7 years and my project ended I got 3 rating this year and now I am on bench for first time in 7 years
When I try to apply to openings they are saying no vacancies and are saying new projects yet to come. I started with company as a graduate
