Larsen & Toubro Infotech I have an offer from Atos and Hcl and Lti . Highest package is LTI with 19 lpa , YOE 10 years sap basis . I am trying to negotiate with atos for 22 lpa but it seems they are reluctant to agree and they said max they can offer is 19 lpa. Companies are always making money but they have N number of excuses to deny the hike. Let's see what happens this time last time was not in the selected Hikers 😝
They are the reason for this mess. A very tough decision can save Atos.
I think you missed noticing a - sign in the cash flow stats 🤣. It’s negative $2.2 billion.
Besides, revenue alone doesn’t mean much without income/profit. Income is in positive digits this time, but due to all the restructuring and so on. So still nothing to cheer about.
But 9.5 B revenue with 78K employees that includes about 4-5 K support+ non billable staff is actually not that bad..
Employees strength will reduce in next quarter as layoffs are going on in support roles..
Syntel was 900 Million with 33k employees. Which includes support and non billable staff.
9.4 Billion Atos with 78k employees which has support and bon billable. Doesn't it sound something fishy here..
1. Either the revenue numbers are wrong.
2. Atos Eviden earnings from staffing model is less as compared to Licenses and server's, infrastructure products.
3. SAP, etc have higher billable value as comparrd to digital technology.
But am still having doubt how can a company with only 78k employees gave such a high Revenue and why is there still so less Margin.
Isnt you answer is in the question? Loss of 2.3 Billion Euros
