Has anyone taken part of the education reimbursement program? I’ve been here for 4 years and I’m thinking of obtaining my Master’s in Organizational Leadership, but I feel like with this merger, if I started the program and then there are layoffs or too many new hires, or work just becomes overwhelming, I wouldn’t be able to complete my program. I’m already wearing multiple hats when it comes to work. Does anyone have insight on how it works/what it’s like? Thanks in advance!

I’m so happy to say that after about 5 years of being here, I’m finally done with the exam!!! In a world full of internet trolls, it was so refreshing to be on this thread while we all cheered for each other and pushed each other to climb over our failures and discouragements. Yoe - 8.5 years

Pwc offer - 19 fixed + variable + 1.5 lakh joining bonus
Accenture offer - 22 fixed + 0-27% variable + 1.5 lakh joining bonus

As a A4 am getting 11.8 PA in Trichy Location, Even i have 5 yrs completed in CG.
