Forcing me to use my standing desk

Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.
https://ergochair.co/collections/chairs/products/ergonomics-mesh-chair-w-adjustable-headrest-and-armrest?variant=32511617597491
My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.
Any advice on getting started in UX?

I’d respond something like this: “I’d be grateful that I have been able to show you the extra value that I provide over what you expect and that you are willing to compensate me for that additional value.” Then you can talk about the specific additional value you provide in that role based on your background and experience.
"Happily accept the offer..." - I honestly don't know if I'd want to hear about how the person would work harder if I were the hiring manager, the best answer for me would be something like "Happily accept the offer. While I do work for money and expect to be rewarded for the value I bring to my employer, I don't adjust my effort level based on the pay absent a major restructuring of expectations. I'm always going to bring my best to whatever role I'm in and I assure you even at $10K more you'll be happy with your return on my salary."
?? If that's what they're asking, it's not clear.
I'd answer personally like your friend and ask "does that answer your question?" 🤣
Right?! We had so many questions and wondered how others would have responded
Firstly, I would thank them for the kind gesture in this increased amount of $10k, I would then ask them what else they would like me to do in addition to the current role.
It's about your value, articulation and what they think you will deliver. You need to appreciate for acknowledging your potential. I was given 10k more during my interview. This was after my interview. The HR team were very impressed with my responses, background and qualifications.
Well, I'd rather throw some part of my monthly on a kind of investment for a passive income or I'd rather make some investment in the real estate market for a side income.
Same....but would you say that during a job interview?
