I hired a maid through a cleaning agency. The maid contacted me directly and asked to make scheduling arrangements directly with her and asked me not to tell her boss. The next day, she claims to arrive but immediately said she had to leave because her friend was in an accident. She then tried to complete the cleaning four hours late, again asking me to not tell the agency/her boss.

Its been close to two months now and yet I havent been allocated to any project. I asked manager and she told me to just keep check in with a senior team member who is working on a project and she asked me to basically do shadow work.but that client doesnt want data to be shared with anyone else who isnt on project so that senior team member cant give me any work.What do i do?
