A friend with 3.4 YOE in ECM FileNet P8 claims he's landed a Senior Software Engineer role in LTI Mindtree Nagpur for 16 LPA fixed, up from his current 7 LPA.
He's bragging about it non-stop.
Knowing him, I'm skeptical. Is this realistic in the current market and everytime his statement is contradictory?(As in my father circle everyone is amazed and comparing us now)

I had a panel interview two weeks ago. I sent the recruiter a status check email last Friday and haven't heard back. I'm really interested in this company and still see the role posted on their site. I'd like to send another email today (to the hiring mgr and recruiter) reiterating my interest along with a list of references. Thoughts on sending the references without them asking?
