I got offer on Citiustech Healthcare Technologies
May I know how WLB in this company, I see in glassdoor and ambitions contains positive and negative. Is it worth to join? Is it useful for me to enhance my career for long run? How about the retention pay? If we leave the company we need to pay entire retention pay?I have other wipro and CTS, which company is better to join?

You were lucky that you had your best time there.
Most of us had the worst time in CT.
It's the worst company ever.
One significant issue with current Citiustech Sr leadership is that > 80% of new hire (AVP and above ) are from Wipro. While saying so it doesn’t mean that Wipro leadership is not great BUT under their leadership at Wipro, revenue went down gradually and lost its shine. Wipro lost no 3 position to hcl long time back with same set of leadership .
Also when Sr leadership are from single organisation it will reflect on overall Citiustech culture ( good or bad), annual appraisal etc. May be our ceo is only comfortable working with his ex colleagues but board should have intervene and provide guidance on hiring from different firm to bring diversity in terms of ppl, culture, solutions, approach etc. **personal thought only.
According to my read, current ceo will not stay longer like Bhaskar and probable tenure of 2-3 years. After long 20 + years stint in Cognizant for Bhaskar and Wipro for current ceo, they comes out of previous organisation for CXO tag and after some time join in another bigger firm with similar CXO designation. Earlier COO left Citiustech within 2 year and joined in techM as COO. So mostly they used PE backed firm like Citiustech for stepping stone for a designation which was not achievable in big firm like Wipro/ Cognizant. My pov only..
Lots of Leadership changes is the reason.....Management becomes insecure, every person who comes in wants to break something which is working perfectly and build something new just so that they can say "see we are bringing in changes with our Leadership"
Employee prefered Citiustech over others because there was no performance bonus and NP was of 2 months.
