A startup has made me an offer that promises fast growth and a lot of autonomy, but the lack of structure is a little intimidating. My current job is incredibly stable, but I feel like my career is moving at a snail's pace. Is it worth taking the plunge for career purposes? Solid background and thinking of a dual MBA/MS degree at H/S. Class of ‘19 — worth applying R2 or wait a year? Didn’t get in the H/S deferral program in 2019 and heard this year is quite competitive.
