Home office preference question. I am getting ready to redo the layout of my home office. One option I'm considering would have my desk facing a wall. Are you guys consistently working 60+ hr weeks?

I recently accepted an offer and have onboarding coming up. Any idea how busy I’ll be in the evenings for those couple of days? The calendar invite only goes until 4pm but I wasn’t sure if there’s any additional events that go on. Hi, just got an offer from A&M as D (Performance Improvement). The base from Glassdoor is accurate (US as a benchmark). Bonus is much higher than my current. Anyway the base seems very low compared to S& SA in US.
1) is it true that the base is that low compared to junior-mid level at S&?
2) i am based in Asia, any different rate compared to other region at A&M?
3) the TC can be 3x that what I can get currently, but i can make partner in few years at PwC. Do you think A&M should be considered?
