Accenture acquired my small company and there have been zero benefits to employees. Time off was slashed, holidays slashed, reimbursements slashed, processes tripled, red tape quadrupled. We do two time sheets. Double process for expenses. A million more all agency meetings. We are tracked via IP address and are required to do a tax form for any state we open our laptops in. We sign consent for increased computer monitoring. I was excited at first and now I realize how inhuman Accenture is.

Are all big 4s in India the same? Moved from US to India and the work in one of the Big4s for consulting is so bad!! Unstructured, lack of traction, superficial work done.. 🙄🙄 how does any work get done? The project didn’t achieve targets last yr and they’re still making same mistakes this year..🤦‍♂️

(For example, “ready when reached”). I’m open to doing this and this attorney is asking what my fee would be?
