I'm in the middle of a background check with Deloitte for a Project Delivery role. In the background check application I listed my previous employers - Cognizant/Teksystems etc but my resume only had the client names I worked at . Does this pose a problem if Deloitte HR compares my resume to the background check form ? Also my title within cognizant might have been an associate but my resume mentions the designation for the client. Is this a reason for concern? Will they ask me to justify it ?

I have been in the same company from past 9 years, working as project manager with production team not client facing role. Now, I want to switch as my pay(16lpa) is very less as compare to people posting here. Hi everyone- I am a NE partner at a Work Comp firm. I’m considering moving into a County Council (CC) position. There are a lot of considerations and one being I’ll make a lot more money initially at the CC position, eventually there’s a cap to how much I can make in government work. But I also don’t know the salary potentials at my current firm so maybe 245k (top range of CC position) is about the same as partner + the other benefits(CalPERS Etc) advice on considerations in this decision?

Question on changing roles: a friend of mine did not pass the final round at BCG for an associate position, due to not having as much relevant experience as the other candidates.
