Acquired Tech Startup Asking for My SSN to File Sales Tax While I’m on a Pay Cut

Currently under pay cut and the company ask for my SSN and home address as the only US citizen in the company to help with state tax registration and future filing. I a not in finance, and is not a C level or officer. The company also has a significant amount of unpaid sales taxes from previous years that they are trying to back-file. would appreciate any advice from this community. Thank you.

Anyone feel like it is hard to articulate how your PA experience is applicable for industry ? Had an interview with a company recruiter who wasn’t very familiar with auditing... then felt I had to explain what it was I did day to day and ended up down a rabbit hole.

I completed my interview loop at Google on August 12, 2022. My recruiter informed me on August 29th that due to a couple of realignments within the org, the hiring manager has not shared any feedback. I was informed on September 8th that the hiring committee is scheduled the next day (September 9th) and that I can expect a final feedback latest by September 12th. I wasn’t informed of the results and reached out, but the recruiter isn’t replying to my emails. Does this mean I was rejected?

I have a question about pricing. Some context to my upcoming question: My brother and I are starting a personal training business. I have six years military experience and he is still in the military. Collectively we have passed the hardest schools in the military and both love fitness and have experience building programs and are both certified personal trainers. I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. I have 17,000 vested stock options, total number of shares at the time of my contract was 4million. I’m a bit confused about share dilution and if it’s worth it for me to buy some of my stock options… thanks in adv!
