Cleared Accenture Skill interview by answering almost all the questions and received congratulatory mail for HR round and submitting all documents. Then after a week received a call from HR saying that due to some technical issue, the skills round will happen again and an online assessment was set up. In the assessment, questions which were not directly related to the profile were asked and then a rejection mail was received. Does this happen a lot?

I have had the same idea about starting a podcast on this topic. My advice on the format is be unconventional i.e. tooning out the news. Startups aren't for the meek so why conduct interviews like traditional media?
There is certainly more room for good content. Nailing the format would be key! I could see something like the A16z format working well. Have you considered trying short format video or a hybrid of both?
Haven’t thought about video, but could definitely give it a try! I originally thought of this as a mobile-first format for listeners looking to fill 10-30 minutes of in-between time - commutes, drives, grocery shopping, etc. where the listener needs to focus on a second task as well as the podcast.
I’m a big fan of the a16z 16 minute segments because they’re just long enough to get into detail and fit into that drive/commute period.
There is a market, podcasting is still nascent. One challenge you may want to take into account is limited listening time. Everyone has limited time for listening so you need to see how to get in front of the line. I like Mixergy interview style.
Instead of podcast why don't you provide 1 minute advice on TikTok. TikTok is growing crazy it might be easier to grow.
