Advice: I applied for Edad program with McKinsey & Company, it’s a three-day kinda workshop. I received an email asking me to do the “ Solve the Game” McKinsey test. Given my busy schedule, especially that I am kicking off a project as we speak, I would like to hear your thoughts on

1) What kind of preparation is needed for the test? Any recommended sources? 2) Does it hold any weight in my assessment for the workshop - I haven’t really applied for any job?
