Have multiple years experience, but joined as an AS as promised quick progression if I continue past performance...
But now learned central HC will block any early progression due to me being classified as a "graduate" (Joined from a masters degree).

Final rub - my experience meets the reqs for CISSP & ISO LI...

So planning to never give my current salary/grade in interview. Focusing on what I've done.
