After completed all rounds,I got an email from NatWest HR to submit the certain docs. It's been 13 days now and i haven't receive Offer Letter till date.
I dropped a followed up email to HR to know the status on Offer Letter rolled out progress. But I haven't receive any response from them.
How i can be sure whether i will receive an offer letter or not ?
Do we have any way to track the status online on portal?

Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!

I have given 3 rounds of interview for the position of SE- B8 , i.e. Lead SE. Now in salary discussion round i asked HR for a CTC between a range of 31-34L. But they told me max they can give is 29.5L. I still did not accepted the initial offer from HR, it is going again one more round for salary negotiation after HR confirms the bracket from Business. I know Natwest dont negotiate once you accepted the offer. What CTC can i expect from Natwest for Lead SE.
