After delta flight last night 2023 status now says Platinum but I still am gold status for the current year. Not even sure how I would have achieved Platinum. When would my current status be updated rather than just the future? Anyone know how this works or is it a glitch.

Back in May 2021, I rented a property that had sustained damage during the big snow storm. This wasn't disclosed at lease signing. Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?
