I have offer of 20 LPA from Oracle IDC Pune. Project is related to Oracle Primavera Cloud. I had a discussion with the hiring manager and everything sounded good to me.
I just wanted to know if there are any red flags I should be aware of. So please help me fishes.

I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Thanks MC1. Your response is helpful. I checked with HR and it was confirmed they will pay out for the accrued unused PTO days.

Gotcha. Then our scenarios are different.
If you have PTO left over, by law they will need to pay you out those hours since it apart of your entire compensation package. If you go to another organization that offers “unlimited PTO” then they do not have a formal PTO policy therefore you aren’t entitled to any payout since it wasn’t tied to your contract at time of signing. I hope this helps.
also may be able to negotiate to have any prorata bonus and 401k match included in the severance package
